LPU Online Admission Process

The admission process for LPU starts with simplifying visiting the official website, filling out the application form, and more. 

Here is a step-by-step guide on the admission process of LPU: 

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to lpuonline to start your application.

Step 2: Register Yourself: Click on “Apply Now” and sign up using your email ID and mobile number.

Step 3: Fill the Application Form: Enter your personal details, educational qualifications, and select your desired course and specialization.

Step 4: Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of required documents like your 10th, 12th, and graduation certificates (as per your course), ID proof, and a recent photo.

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹600 online using net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.

LPU Online Eligibility Criteria

For admission into LPU, candidates should qualify the certain eligibility criteria set by the university. Here is a list of eligibility criteria for UG, PG, and Diploma courses given below: 

• Candidates should hold a Class 12th certificate with a minimum of 50% marks for general and 45% marks for ST/SC/ OBC from a recognized board (CBSE/ICSE) for UG Courses. 
• Applicants must have completed their bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50-45% marks in a relevant field from a recognized university for PG courses.
• For Diploma programs, candidates should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent qualification.

Note that, for certain specified courses, the eligibility criteria may vary. For example, for an MBA, a candidate should have a BBA or equivalent, and even an entrance test like LPUNEST. 

LPU Online UG Courses

The admission for various UG courses at LPU online has started from March onwards for the January session 2025-26, and the last date to apply for UG admission is 15th April 2025. Some of the famous UG courses provided by LPU are BBA, BCA, BCom, and BA. These courses are of 3 years generally, divided into 6 semesters. (Some courses can be of 4 years as well, which include the BISF period) such as BBA. Hons. 

The UG admission is merit-based on the last qualifying exam and entrance for certain courses, such as BBA, and others. LPU accepts LPUNEST(entrance conducted by LPU) and CUET PG and CUET UG for admission. Along with the candidate having passed a minimum of 10+2 or equivalent with 50% marks for general and 45% marks for ST/SC and OBC from a recognized institution(CBSE/ICSE and state board).

The average fee structure of UG programmes at LPU is between INR 16,400 to INR 36,400 per year.  

LPU Online BBA

Lovely Professional University (LPU) Online offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program in Specializations such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and International Business. Admission at LPU is merit-based, meaning admission is granted based on your 10+2 marks from a recognized board, without any entrance exam. While for BBA hons, it requires LPUNEST or CUET UG. LPU Online conducts admissions in two cycles every year – January and July, and the entire process is completed online. 

To apply, students need to fill out the form on the official website, lpuonline, and pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹600. The BBA program is a 3-year undergraduate course, and the semester fee ranges between ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, with scholarship grants available for eligible students. Classes are delivered through a mix of live and recorded lectures, along with digital learning material and flexible online exams. 

LPU Online PG Courses

The admission for PG courses such as MBA, MCA, MCom, MA (in subjects like English, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology), and M.Sc (Mathematics, Economics) and more are ongoing. Candidates willing to take admission need to visit the official website of LPU and fill the application form before 15th April 2025 to secure admission. The Master’s program at LPU is of 2 years duration, which is further divided into 4 semesters. 

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for general and 45% marks for other categories (ST/SC/OBS). 

The average fee structure for the PG course at KSOU is between INR 15,000 to INR 45,000. 

LPU Online MBA

Admission at LPU for MBA programs is going from March onwards, and the last date to apply was 15th April 2025. Now the application for the July session will start from August onwards. LPU Online offers a variety of specializations, including Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Information Technology, and International Business.

The program is merit-based, and for admission, applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

The MBA program spans 2 years, divided into four semesters. The standard semester fee is ₹45,000, but students can avail up to a 25% grant, reducing the fee to ₹36,400 per semester.
