TNDALU Distance Education: Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 1997. It is a government-run university in Chennai and part of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Indian Institute of Public Administration. Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University’s application form started in January 2025, and the last date for submission is June 30, 2025. 

This university does not offer distance education as per UGC guidelines; it only provides regular and integrated courses.

TNDALU provides a variety of law courses in a regular mode of learning instead of distance learning. TNDALU Distance Education UG Admission 2025 

The Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU) UG programs (5-year LLB and 3-year LLB) admission process is merit-based, requiring candidates to have passed their qualifying exams with specific aggregate marks. For a 5-year LLB, the minimum marks required are 70% for general candidates and 60% for SC/ST. For a 3-year LLB, a minimum of 45% is required for general, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST. There is no entrance exam. The admission process involves online registration, application form filling, document upload, and fee payment.

The admission process for the 3-year LL.B.(Hons.) degree course at the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University (TNDALU) is merit-based and does not require an entrance exam.
