Aligarh Muslim University Distance Education: Admission process for the 2025-26 session will begin in June 2025 for the July academic session for all distance courses. The University offers various UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate courses in ODL mode. The last date to apply for AMU Distance Education will be 15 July 2025. Interested candidates need to have a class 12th certificate from a recognised board and have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in order to get enrolled in the diploma programs. Candidates can access the online application form on the official website.

These diplomas and certificates include courses like a diploma in journalism and mass communication, marketing management, and computer programming. The course fees range between INR 3,000 and INR 15,000 per year. The candidates can apply to these courses by paying the application fee, which ranges from INR 300 to INR 500.

Aligarh Muslim University DDE will start the admission process from 28 May 2025 through the official website. The last date to apply for the 2025 session is 15 July 2025 (tentative) for the AMU distance courses. Students interested in enrolling in the distance courses can do so through an online mode. AMU Distance Education UG Admission 2025

These courses are available only to regular students and are not available in distance learning mode. The eligibility criteria for these courses are a Senior Secondary School Certificate in relevant subjects, and for admission in courses like B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.E, the candidate needs to clear the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam (AMUEEE). The course fees for these degrees vary between INR 8,000 and INR 50,000 per year.

Aligarh Muslim University Distance Education offers admissions in various PG programs in different specialisations, such as M.A., M.Sc, MBA, PGDM, MCA, and many more. These PG courses are available only for regular students. The candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and to also clear the entrance examination of AMU, which varies based on the course, like AMU entrance exam and AMU-CAT. The course fees vary between INR 15,000 and INR 50,000 per year.

Aligarh University offers several diploma courses across various fields that are available in a distance learning mode. To enroll in these courses, a bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution is required. The minimum duration to complete the course is 1 year, while the maximum is 4 years.

Aligarh Muslim University application form for the 2025-26 session has started already and is available till 28 May 2025 (tentative). Candidates interested in the distance learning programs can fill out the admission form available on the official website, cdoeamu.ac.in . Students can download and fill out the form by entering details such as choice of optional subjects, personal information, and Aadhar card details. Then they can submit the form by paying an amount of INR 300 (admission form fee) through online mode.
