Students would need a UG degree in a relevant subject to apply for PG and diploma courses.  The application process, document upload, and fee submission will be done online. Tezpur University Distance Education Admission 2025

Tezpur University Distance Education admission 2025-26 has begun form 01 July 2025. The Centre offers flexible learning opportunities for those who cannot attend regular on-campus classes. Programmes available include three postgraduate courses, i.e., MA in Mass Communication and Journalism, MA in English, and MA in Sociology, as well as diploma programmes in Human Resource Management, Environmental & Disaster Management, and Child Rights and Governance. 

The basic eligibility for MA programmes is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university, preferably aligned with the subject area, where diploma courses also require a graduate degree.

Interested candidates must apply online through the official Tezpur University CDOE portal. To apply, and students will be required to fill out the form by providing their details like name, address, gender, and uploading relevant documents. 

To complete this process, the application fee of INR 500 will be charged for every student from the GEN category and INR 250 for candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD/EWS category. The application fee, along with the program fee, needs to be submitted at the time of form submission.  For MA programmes, the total fee is INR 16,950, and diploma courses range between INR 10,450 and INR 11,800.
