Alagappa University Distance Education: The application forms for the academic session 2025–26 is available on the university’s official portal of Alagappa University Distance Education. Candidates will to get admission to the UG and PG programs offered by the university can access the admission forms. Admission are done based on the merit score to all courses for the July session. The students can apply online for Alagappa University Distance Education admission before the last date of 25 July 2025.

Admission form for UG, PG, diploma, and certificate programs at Alagappa University Distance Education has started. Aspiring applicants need to fill the admission form via official website of the university. The last date to apply for Alagappa University Distance Education admission is 25 July 2025*.

Alagappa University DDE offers 7 UG (BEd, BA, BCom, BSc, BBA), 18 PG (MA, MCom, MSW, MLIBISc, MSc, MBA, MCA), 4 Diploma (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Computer Applications, Cyber Security) and 8 Certificate (Astrology, C Programming, Computer Fundamentals) programs. Admission to all the programs offered by the university is merit-based. The some of the offered courses are available in both English and Tamil medium.

The applicants can apply online through the official website by paying (INR 100 + 18% GST) = 118 application form fee for UG, Diploma, Certificate programmes, (INR 300 + 18% GST) = INR 354 for PG courses, and (INR 500 + 18% GST) = INR 590 for BEd program. Also the University is charged INR 150 as an ICT fee, per year, per programme.

Alagappa University Distance Education Admission Process

Admission to Alagappa University’s distance education is open to students across India. Interested candidates can apply through the university’s official website. Admissions for the July session has opened, and candidates can submit their application form till 25 July 2025.

The following is a step-by-step guide to applying for admission:

Step 1: Interested students must visit the Official website, https://ws.alagappauniversity.ac.in/CDOE/, and access the Distance Education section.

Step 2: Now, the applicant needs to decide whether to apply directly to the university or through an approved Learner Support Centre (LSC).

Step 3:Download the application form and fill in the required details.

Step 4: Prepare the necessary documents, including original copies of qualification certificates, a learner Index Card with a photo and signature, and a payment receipt or demand drafts, as applicable.

Step 5: Students must pay the required application fees, INR300 for PG programs and INR 100 for Diploma/Certificate program

Step 6: Once all the formalities are completed, send the form with documents to the Director, CDOE, Alagappa University, Karaikudi. Candidates applying through LSC must submit the same to the respective LSC along with two demand drafts.

Step 7: Applicants will receive an Enrollment Number and ID card from the university after the verification process is complete.
